Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensive therapeutic technique
created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D. and shown to be effective for treating
a variety of difficult-to-treat behavioral health conditions. DBT is particularly
effective in treating individuals struggling from self-harming behaviors
and suicidal thoughts, as well as those with Borderline Personality Disorder.

communities. DBT is an effective treatment for many people with mood disorders
who don’t respond well to traditional therapy. It has also proven
to be effective in treating people who easily or frequently experience
intense emotional crises.
