IOP
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a supportive, short-term program that provides deeper care than weekly therapy, helping you build practical skills in a small group setting while fully maintaining your daily routine and independence.
Designed for Real Life
Whether you are stepping up from regular therapy or transitioning back from a hospital stay, an IOP gives you the intensive support you need to heal from deep struggles while still showing up for work, school, and daily life.
